On April 22, Reading Day" was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center with the motto "Let's read together!" The goal of the 4th "Reading Day" organized by the Heydar Aliyev Center, the Ministry of Education, and the Regional Development Public Union was to stimulate children's and youth's interest in science, education, and books, and to broaden their horizons.

The Azerbaijan Automobile Federation took part in the event and organized educational competitions on road safety for children. The Federation distributed the publications "Traffic Rules for Children," "Traffic Rules for Youth," and "Traffic Rules - Color Yourself" to the participants of the event.

The Federation's call to "Reduce speed for children" as part of the #3500Life campaign and the short film "Save Kids Lives" by Luc Besson were also presented during the event.
