Another event that brought vibrancy to the days of the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix was the Baku Karting Tournament held on April 29.

The competition organized by the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation (AAF) featured participants under the age of sixteen.

14-year-old Raul Tahmazli outperformed all his opponents in the final stage of the competition, which was marked by strong competition. Raul, who had a lap record of 54.178 seconds, took first place by outpacing all the contestants in the final stage. Rufat Ahmadov (55.120 seconds) earned the second place, and 12-year-old Niyazi Gurbanov (55.434 seconds) claimed the third place.

The Azerbaijan Automobile Federation (AAF) presented the winners of the final with trophies and certificates. Additionally, the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation (AAF) granted certificates of participation to nine other young drivers who competed in the tournament.
